Shipping and returns

I want my customers to feel confident in their clothing, which is why I offer a one time exchange for a different size (with exception of very customized orders). Below are the instructions for my exchange process:

 

- I must be contacted within 3 days of the package being delivered to begin the exchange process.

 

- The customer will be responsible for return shipping of the incorrect items, as well as shipping of the new items. Be sure to obtain tracking information, and provide me with the tracking information as well. Once I receive the original shirt back, I will send you an invoice for the re-shipping fee. Your new package will not be shipped until this invoice has been paid.

 

- The package must be delivered back to me within 7 days of original delivery date.

 

- The shirt coming back to me must be in brand new condition. If the shirt is not in the condition I sent it to you in, I have the right to deny the exchange and will return the used item back to you. Please note: the exchanged item must be kept free of any smoke, and / or animal hair.

 

**Holiday, sale / clearance, and custom items are not eligible for exchange. All sales are final on these items.

 

** Shipping charges are not refunded**

 

My current turn around time is 14-21 business days or sooner. If you’re needing something by a certain date, please let me know when placing your order. I will always try to make sure your order is in your hands before that day❤️

 

While I issue exchanges, I do not issue refunds / returns.
