Shipping policy

Customer is responsible for paying their own shipping unless there is a free shipping day as advertised by Ologca Boutique. Customer is responsible for return shipping if exchanging products. Once the item has been scanned by the shipping carrier, or is in the shipping facility, I have no control over the next steps as it processes through the mailing system. You must verify your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. Ologca Boutique is not responsible for delivery to an incorrect address as it comes directly from the customer.
